It's been awhile since I've ranted about what's been going on in my current not-so-free life. Since today feels like a much relaxing day, I shall proceed.
- YC Worship Team (if that's what it's called) auditions have been done with. Just keeping my fingers crossed as I wait for their response. The wait is driving me insane!
- Christmas Shopping was done early this year - the gifts, the decorations. But the Christmas tree has yet to be set up and decorated. Just waiting for baby Isabelle to come over, one of these days.
- As for myself - as promised - I went on a shopping spree and yes, being quite a spendthrift, money was blown into thin air... just like that (snapping fingers).
- Promises I've made early/throughout this year have mostly been stucked by - being good company, being a movie marathon affiliate, a listener, a shopping partner... your wish is my command. There's only a few I've mentally noted that have yet to be settled.
- I'm done with my latest read; Love Lies. And with every well-written book, comes a good moral value behind the story. "Wealth doesn't bring happiness" and "It's human to want the unattainable and yet when it's in the palm of your hands, you earn for that semblance of the what-used-to-be. Because for so long, it made you happy enough to want to carry on living life".
- Spending time with my loved ones and friends have been quite a struggle as most of the time, plans are cancelled and situations afloat. But every once in a blue moon, it does happen and I just can't get enough. I'm sure you hear my cry.
- Results for my finals have been sent out but mine hasn't arrived in the mailbox just yet. Not too sure why but I refuse to ponder upon such circumstances which might lead to pitiful tears.
- Call me a sinner, but I'm not going to Live. Revolution Conference this year. Last minute plans are to be blamed. Pretty bummed out.
- And lastly, yesterday my parents brought all three of us (bro, sis and I) to the Education fair to expose us, so to speak, to the various courses that are available. But if I were to finish SPM today and had to choose a course, I'd choose Mass Communication. It's been in my heart for almost 3 years now, so if anything better were to come my way, it would have to capture my ever burning passion for what I love doing to win me over.
