and it's good being just us
Yesterday was the first time - since coming back from Dubai - I had a girl's day out. This time, instead of Arwin and myself having the whole day to ourselves, Emma and my sister, Clarissa joined us. Ravjoth didn't join in on the fun as she is currently in Singapore. Oh well, we'll definitely have a outing with just the three of us, soon - Arwin, Ravjoth et moi.
We didn't have as much time together we would have liked, cause' firstly, it was a Selangor holiday and when there's a holiday, there's prone to be traffic jams. And secondly, my mum took a half-day leave which means she'll be back by noon. Inevitably, asking her permission for the green light was the only way I could avoid getting caught. So I did, and with much pitiful begging, the green light was granted.
Since our exams have been over for quite some time now, more so the PMR exams, so Arwin decided to treat Emma and my sister to lunch, one day. Seeing as yesterday was the only convenient day to do so, she did. Somehow rather, she managed to drag me in this little treat and we split, half-half. We had our lunch at McDonalds, simply because it was affordable and finger-licking good (even though I wasn't in the mood for fast food).
Much to our dismay, time was quite brief and so many of our plans had to be canceled - I wanted to watch a movie; The Princess and the frog, particularly. Although, after keeping her determination stable, my sister pierced her ears - her second piercing. Other than that, we shopped for last-minute Christmas presents.
Just like that, our day ended.
Sadly, there were no pictures taken with Arwin. No sweats though, cause' there's always another time. Promise.
