before it all comes crashing down

New Year resolutions for 2010 have been twitching and swirling around up in my head, just waiting to be flowed through my veins and be written down. Only I didn't write it down. So, I'll be writing (typing, technically) this blog post with nothing but my memory and thoughts to depend on.

Less:
  • Criticism - If you hate yourself, you're only giving reasons for others to hate you too.
  • Shopping - Stop buying stuff you don't need. Save your money for a rainy day, as my Grandma would say.
  • Feeling pitiful - There are others out there in this big world who are much less unfortunate than you are.
  • Gossiping - It just shows you are no better than the rest of them who do.
  • Facebook and Twitter - Year 2010 is gonna be a very tough year (SPM) , and I know, with less internet socializing and more effort into my studies, I can do it!
  • Doubting - If you keep doubting, nothing will ever be a success.
More:
  • Exercising - Health is wealth, sweetie. Plus to get that bangin' body you've always wanted, you've gonna put in the effort.
  • Smiling - It might brighten someone's day, especially yours too.
  • Eating at the right hours - It's helps speed up your metabolism. Besides, skipping meals will cause' weight gain. That's a fact.
  • Studying - Those A's you're aiming for aren't gonna appear just like that, it needs to be worked for!
  • Spending time with my loved ones and friends - A small gathering every once in awhile will strengthen bonds.
  • Appreciating - In life, not everything will go the way you imagined, planned and expected it to be.
  • Patience - Since Patience is a virtue, act like it is. It gets you a long way.
  • Positive thinking - At least you would have a semblance of peace that when something doesn't turn out the way it's planed, no doubts were in mind.
  • Complementing - As much as people know they've done a good job, hearing it as a compliments would make even the more happier.
Other achievements I'd want to accomplish:
  • Help another without having doubts in mind.
  • Sing in front of a crowd without having goosebumps and stage fright.
  • Write another song.
  • Learn how to play the Piano and the Guitar.
  • Letting go and moving on (If I must).
  • Do a stop motion video.
  • Design a T-shirt.
Most of my resolutions have been stated. To get to the next phase, I need to work on getting all of the above accomplished first.

So, what are your New Year Resolutions?
