Italiano a cuore

Just a few moments ago, instead of putting my time into doing something productive, I made pancakes. I know you don't get to hear/read about me ever, ever cooking before. Some of you might even think I have never step foot in the kitchen. But, in all truth's, I have.

So, today I made pancakes - all by myself.

As the holidays started today - for me, at least - I desire to learn a few recipes of my favourite dishes. Namely, Seafood Carbonara, Baked Macaroni etc etc. Italian dishes, mostly.
Hopefully, by the end of the holidays, I'd be able to whip up something mouth-watering for my whole family.

That'll be something to look forward to.
