after all this time, I now know why


I'm still in the midst of figuring out why I'd agreed to tag along, participate. When all it was, was just a waste of time that's lost forever.

Today, I'd participated in the One Malaysia Program. Being one out of the thirty people who were chosen and specially requested for, made me feel special. Which was also the reason I'd participated in the first place. Silly, i know. I'd also participated due to the certs and free t-shirts along with matching caps (all in yellow- how disgustingly awful) that were promised. That has to be the main reason- I suppose.

It was held in Stadium Titiwangsa, which explains the slightly smaller crowd.

The deputy prime minister was also present, Tan Sri Dato' Haji Muhyiddin bin Mohd. Yassin after having arrived rather late, living up to the saying, 'fashionably late'. Only then, the whole program was able to begin.

Several performances took place- a cheerleading team attempting dangerous stunts, boy scouts marching to a beat, children banging on large chinese drums etc. The performances, I believe just has to be the highlight of the whole event though I was being entertained, while having empty stomach.

Being in search for good food to nibble on wasn't such a progress. So, I indulged myself by having to nibble on asam boi instead, which seemed to be my only option, let alone the only thing I have left.


I'd also managed to capture a few memorable moments with my peeps for memories sake- smiling profusely in every photograph. All of which will soon be successfully edited and uploaded - I hope.




It's always - just the three of us.




So, after all, I guess I now know the reason why.
