The Lullaby


"Close your eyes, go to sleep, my little one. Jesus loves you, Jesus cares and protects you. He is peace that the world cannot understand. Peace to give, peace to have. My peace I give unto you".


One of the very few lullabies my grandma would sing to me as a child. Which would never fail to put me to sleep, along with sweet dreams. This lullaby was somehow brought back to my memory yesterday, all of a sudden. And i must say, it brought back so many memories too.
