Photography is love

Photography has always been really fascinating to me. It's something about the way a picture is captured by a high-end lens; how the image paints a thousand words; how a photographer can encapsulate so much emotion and expression in just one photograph. And no matter where the photograph is taken, it will not look less beautiful. It's all very amazing and I think the DSLR is one of the greatest inventions, ever. So, here. These are some of the shoots I was in awe of. Simply beautiful. (Please ignore the many photos of heartthrobs I'd used in this entry).

I had asked you to wait for me, wait till' my senior year is over and done with. Wait till' my heart is ready to accept and trust you once again. I asked and you agreed, without hesitation. After all, you needed to regain my trust as over the years, it was betrayed and trampled upon.

I pray to God you'd wait. But somehow, I doubt. I doubt because waiting for a year would seem like an eternity for someone such as yourself. It might feel like an eternity especially if I wasn't The One. Because waiting is a hard thing to promise.

But I'm having faith anyways.

Since I don't have a whole lot of time on my hands, I just thought of sharing a few photos with you. Photos that suit the mood I'm in as I type. It's not caused by some guy asking me out, nor sending me cute messages on my cellphone every night before I go to bed. But because of the few books I purchased earlier this evening - Wuthering Heights & The Book Lover's Appreciation Society. Now, I'll have a dose of romance before I lay my head down to sleep. More updates tomorrow, loves.

Some say, "I miss you". Cause' maybe absence grew between them and now all that can be said are these three very meaningful words. After all, it also means "Come home, I want to see you soon".


Some use romantic cheesy saying and quotes like, " You shine like a light from the sun". It's not always believed but that's the thing. Love can be unbelievably magical, sometimes.

Some say they want everything - every passionate kiss, every warm hug. They want everything that reignites that fire of love burning in them for their significant other.

Some people say they don't want/expect hearing all those cheesy pick-up lines and being swept off their feet by romantic gestures - at least that's what romantic novels fill our minds with.



...and these are to the good times that were shared when we were together, nothing beats the thrill that my heart feels when I'm with you. I feel as though I can fly.

Sometimes, when everything I've worked for comes crashing down or just splats back in my face, these are the many criticisms that come to mind. I just think it, but instantaneously feel as though an arrow just pierced through my heart. I feel worthless.

But then I look on the brighter side, to where the grass often seems greener and think...try to rationalize things.

And after awhile I realize that I shouldn't put the blame on myself for every damn thing, I just need to stand on my two feet and pick myself up. I shouldn't be wasting my time self-criticizing myself, instead I should do something about it - start all over, if that's what it takes.
