After a hurricane, comes a rainbow

I'm not too much of a Katy Perry fan, but occasionally, I find myself cheerfully singing along to some of her songs. Those mellow, out of tuned and melody-less songs didn't do her voice much justice as much as Teenage Dream and recently, Firework did. As for the recently released Firework, it pretty much sums up what I needed to hear. A reminder that somehow ceased into the cobwebs of my hectic, routined life and was forgotten... until now.
