it's time for change

Elaborating on the events of my week has been too often generated into posts as of late. As I sit here and begin to type, I'd decided to bring in down a notch or two on the 'elaborating' - not suppress it completely, though.

After having to enjoy one week's almost-freedom leave - not being called for neither flights nor be on stand-by' and having to spend just enough quality time with the family, Dad had depatured for Buenos Aires last night. Which may be the longest flight in a very long time.

I admit to not having the best relationship with both my parents - seeing eye to eye is a struggle, as is communicating without boundaries. I feel as though I have to analyze every word before it comes out from my mouth. Whilst with Nanny and Aunt Sharon, it's different - I can say anything I want and they won't take it to heart - yes, we're tight.

But eventhough things are so with my parents, I love them no less. When I sit down to analyze everything they've sacrificed for me, whatever actions they took to keep me in line, I'd be forever grateful.

As for the WWF (World Wildlife Fund) campaign committee I'd agreed to being apart of, it's beginning to fall in place. Truth be told, it has never dawned on me to get involved in an awareness campaign, but I suppose there's always room for a change. Having to work on this project alongside my few close acquaintances- Arwin, Syai and Johnan, is probably what I'm looking forward to the most. May help to ease the stress a little.

A start of something new; a new hope.
