I'd found out about his crossing over as i was in the midst of a lesson in class. I admit, when a classmate of mine sprung the news on me, not a bone in my body believed her - she looked at me with a smirk across her face, that's why it was so hard to do so.
So, I allowed the fact to slowly fade away; be forgotten, desolated - until school hours were over.
As soon as I was home, in Grandma's house, the phone rang - it was unsurprisingly my Aunt. I then believed in what my classmate had been saying. Now, I believed her - beyond her smirks and fake face expressions that were visualized in my mind.
Sorry, babe.
Truth be told, I never really was a fan of MJ. Unbelievable to some, I know. This is where questions such as, 'How could she not?', 'Is she out of her mind?' are asked inevitably.
Maybe I just didn't grow up listening to his music like others did, eager to study each and every impeccable dance move he made or keep tabs on latest updates of him. I, on the other hand, did not do any of that sort. I just was not interested.
I preferred engrossing myself in Disney Channel Princesses, Barney and such. Ha ha! (as a child).
But despite all that's stated, I'm truly saddened by this death - the whole world mourns.
I, too, don't find my ears minding to have to listen to 'Black and White' and the famous, 'Thriller' .
I guess I shall report myself out before I start to 'E-babble' and astray from the main purpose of this post; Micheal Jackson.
May this King Of Pop, A Legend, rest in peace.
