Her absence.



I'm currently basking in the comforts of my sheets while watching Make It Happen, as i type. I've been anticipating to watch this movie for quite some time now. I guess my patience paid off. I finally am a proud owner of the DVD, which will be added to my collection.

My friends and I have been making the most of the day as it's my last - the last day of school for me, that is. Since i won't be present at school tomorrow due to my parents very early departure from home to accompany my maid all the way back to her hometown, Jakarta.

It's about time she got back home to her family, even if it's only for a month. Not that i want her gone, it's just that at some point she needs a break every once in awhile. After all, she is responsible for the upkeep of our home. She is considered family. Being our caretaker till this very day, she had made a connection with us; shared secrets, little white lies and best of all, her lips are always shut.

She'll do anything for us, i mean jump-in-front-of-a-car-and-get-hurt kinda anything. That's what we love her for, for most parts. We'll miss her, i'll miss her.
